Rain, snow and coastal flooding are in the forecast for New Rochelle Wednesday. The National Weather Service has forecast rain before midnight Tuesday, followed by rain and snow until 2 a.m. Rain is forecast after 2 a.m. The overnight low will be around 34, with winds from the east 14 to 22 mph.
