Jacobs, Marcotte Head To Head in Westchester Legislator District 10

UPDATED 12:25 a.m. NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Democrat Mary Jo Jacobs and Republican incumbent Sheila Marcotte are head to head in Westchester County Board of Legislator District 10. With 81 percent of precincts reporting, the race is split right down the middle, with each candidate garnering 50 percent of the vote.
