The New Rochelle School District and Board of Education will host a pancake breakfast on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., before the Thanksgiving Parade Admission is $5 per person with all proceeds going to benefit the New Rochelle Fund's educational enrichment programs in the New Rochelle public schools.
