A person pulled up to the Emergency Room Entrance of Montefiore Hospital in New Rochelle just before midnight with multiple gunshot holes in there windshield the person inside the car was hit by several shots.A New Rochelle police officer was outside the ER when the car pulled up and was able to get some information from the victim.
