Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Guillermmo Merino, 39, of 19 Washington Avenue, New Rochelle, New York was arraigned on a Superseding Felony Complaint charging him with four counts of Persistent Sexual Abuse, class "E" Felonies.
