Before I start this article I have two brief comments about the state of affairs for the homeless in New Rochelle both specifically regarding Hope Community Services. For some reason Hope community Services has closed the bathrooms in its facility to clients meaning that the people in the day program have nowhere to...go...I suppose would the proper terminology for 6 hours of the day since they cannot leave without permission.
