Chef Giorgio Giacinto, who grew up in The Bronx, and trained in Italy, opened a small restaurant in 2007 with his late fathers name in the Quaker Ridge Shopping Center in New Rochelle, Da Georgio. His tiny restaurant in a shopping center has made a name amongst the Westchester community.
