On November 8, 2014 at approximately 1:59 a.m., the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Sean Quintal, age 33, of New Rochelle, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor. Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on the Sprain Brook Parkway for speeding and other moving violations, Quintal was found to be driving while intoxicated.
