NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. United Water New Rochelle customers may experience discolored water for several hours on Monday, Nov. 10, due to maintenance work on the water system. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection will be working on a valve which connects United Water's system to New York City's Delaware Aqueduct.
