'Out Of The Blue' Wows New Rochelle Commuters With Pop-Up Performance

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Some New Rochelle commuters were treated to a special performance from one of Europe's up-and-coming singing groups as the New Rochelle Council on the Arts continued its 40th anniversary celebration. "Out of the Blue," an a capella troupe from Oxford in England serenaded commuters at the New Rochelle train station Wednesday morning, offering an impromptu performance in a NRCA "arts encounter," which will continue throughout the year as the organization celebrates its fourth decade in the city.
