Felix Castillo, 67, accused of New Rochelle child rape

Felix Castillo, address unknown, was arrested Friday and charged with felony first-degree rape of child under 11-years-old, according to police. He was being held at Westchester County jail in Valhalla on $50,000 bail and is due back on New Rochelle court on Monday, police said.
