New Rochelle Kids To Celebrate City's Birthday With Concert

The city is set to celebrate in song, dance and the spoken word at a special concert entitled "Happy Birthday New Rochelle" at 3 p.m. Nov. 10 at Columbus School, 275 Washington Ave. in New Rochelle, according to a news release.
