Ruth Bondy Lowy, 90, Lifelong Larchmont Resident

Lowy was the daughter of Irene and Eugene L. Bondy of New Rochelle. She was a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and received her Masters degree from Sarah Lawrence/Bank Street and worked 20 years as a guidance counselor in the Pelham schools.
