New Rochelle Library Launches Summer Reading Event

The New Rochelle Public Library's Summer Reading Kickoff Party will be held Saturday, June 28, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Aimed at children entering pre-kindergarten to fifth grade, the event will feature two performances by members of the National Circus Project.
