Person Dead After Car Fire In New Rochelle

New Rochelle Police and Fire Departments responded to reports of flames coming from the roof of a business located at 28 Webster Avenue {County Beverage} early Sunday morning. When officers arrived they found a car fully engulfed in flames againest a building.
