New Rochelle Parents Can Learn About Bilingualism Honors For Students

Current and future parents in the New Rochelle School District are invited to a meeting on Wednesday to hear how their children can receive the New York State Seal of Biliteracy. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the House IV Cafeteria in New Rochelle High School.
