New Rochelle Arts Council Marks 40 Years With Exhibit

The New Rochelle Council on the Arts celebrates its 40th anniversary with a "Happy Birthday to Us!" exhibit and a showcase and artists reception. The exhibit will be on display from Tuesday, March 3, through Friday, March 27. An artists reception will take place on Sunday, March 8, at 5 p.m. after the showcase at 3 p.m. in the library's Ossie Davis Theater.
