A Massachusetts man was arrested after threatening a 57-year-old Tarrytown man with a six-foot long piece of wood during an argument in a New Rochelle parking lot this past weekend, police said. A man accused of shooting and killing another man in broad daylight will be extradited back to Steubenville, officials said.
