Milling and paving on Wildcliff Drive, Fairview Place, South Division Street, Washington Avenue and Glenwood Place will happen between July 23 and 26. Additionally, as part of a joint inter-municipal agreement, New Rochelle will serve as the lead agency for resurfacing projects of neighboring communities.
