Young Israel of Scarsdale held a special service Saturday to recognize the New Rochelle Police unit of officers that are designated to patrol the Houses of Worship in New Rochelle. Rabbi Jonathan Morgenstern presented each of the officers with a book of Psalms in gratitude for their service.
