Janet Anne Guarasci, 62, Supervisor For City Of New Rochelle

Guarasci was born Aug. 11, 1952, in the Bronx, to Joseph and Eleanor Guarasci. She was raised in New Rochelle and graduated from St. Gabriel's High School, Iona College and received her nursing degree from the Westchester Community College.
