New Rochelle man charged with assaulting State Trooper following domestic incident investigation

On December 21, 2014, Glen R. Lee, Jr, age 27, of New Rochelle, New York was arrested pursuant to a domestic incident that began in a motor vehicle and ended up on the roadside of I-95 in the City of Rye. While the victim was driving northbound, the defendant allegedly engaged in reckless conduct by grabbing the victim and steering wheel while the vehicle was in motion.
