Locals, civil leaders and community activists took part in the "Justice for All" rally at Memorial Park. The protest comes after the deaths of Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Trayvon Martin and 12-year-old Tamir Rice, all of whom died at the hands of police officers while they were unarmed.
