Man Breaks Trooper's Ankle During Incident On I-95, Police Say

Glen R. Lee, a 27-year-old New Rochelle resident, was arrested on multiple charges after he assaulted a victim in a motor vehicle which ended on the roadside of Interstate 95 in Rye and resulted a trooper in sustaining a broken ankle on Sunday, Dec. 21, according to a release by New York state police. While the victim was driving northbound, Lee allegedly engaged in reckless conduct by grabbing the victim and steering wheel while the vehicle was in motion, the release said.
