NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. As the New Rochelle School District continues its administrative overhaul, an experienced educator has been tapped to oversee the district's business and administration operations. On Tuesday, the Board of Education unanimously approved Jeffrey White, who has served as a fiscal administrator for the state Education Department, as the New Rochelle School District's new assistant superintendent of Business and Administration.
