Shadaviva Hall, 31, of New Rochelle is accused of bilking the state of more than $14,000 in unemployment benefits, all while she was gainfully employed, according to state police. New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Hawthorne barracks charged 31-year-old Shadaviva Hall of New Rochelle, New York, with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.
