New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Hawthorne barracks charged 31-year-old Shadaviva Hall of New Rochelle, New York, with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree, a Class E Felony. Hall was taken into custody by police subsequent to an investigation conducted by the New York State Department of Labor and the State Police.
