New Rochelle now has a pair of state and Federation titlists after senior Briyah Brown won the shot put with a throw of 44 feet, one-quarter inch and junior Ashley Wiggins took the 55-meter hurdles in a personal-best 8.07 seconds Saturday in the state and Federation track and field championships at Cornell.
