Glen R. Lee, a 27-year-old New Rochelle resident, was arrested on multiple charges after he assaulted a victim in a motor vehicle which ended on the roadside of Interstate 95 in Rye and resulted a trooper in sustaining a broken ankle on Sunday, Dec. 21, according to a release by New York state police.
