New Rochelle Counselor Arraigned On Rape Charge

A social worker at a New Rochelle guidance center was arraigned on two counts of third-degree rape, third-degree sexual criminal acts and four counts of third-degree sexual abuse, according to a statement released by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore.
