The Mount Vernon Interfaith Community Choir will perform at the New Rochelle Public Library on Sunday, Nov. 23, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The concert of gospel music will be titled "Giving Thanks" and hopes to set the tone for the holiday season. Suggested donation for the concert is $2 for anyone over 13-years-old.
