City Workers, Cops Pull Woman from Waters Off Hudson Park in New Rochelle

Two New Rochelle city workers at the New Rochelle Marina, along with two New Rochelle police officers from the Harbor Patrol rescued an elderly woman in the waters off Hudson Park. Two Marina workers, "James" and "Pete", took a boat out to the location.
