NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. In solidarity with protesters throughout the country who have been angered by the deaths of a pair of African-Americans in encounters with police, a "Black Lives Matter" group is organizing a weekend march in New Rochelle. Beginning at noon on Sunday, Dec. 21, protesters donning all black will march at New Rochelle City Hall to shout things like "Hands up, don't shoot," and "I can't breathe," and a social media rallying cry related to the pair of deaths.
