Transit-Oriented Housing May Be Coming To New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Additional affordable housing may be coming to New Rochelle, after the City Council approved a pair of private developments that would bring nearly 100 apartments near the train station. The "Lombardi," a five-story building with ground-floor commercial space would feature 48 apartments at the corner of North Avenue and Park Place.
