Mayor Noam Bramson, speaking on a local New Rochelle-based radio station, presented a false chronology events and contradicted his own pervious statements in seeking to dismiss a growing controversy over a City Council decision to prevent the United Veterans Memorial & Patriotic Association from flying a Gadsden Flag.
