Jean M. Quigley, 81, Lifelong New Rochelle Resident

Quigley was born July 31, 1931, in the Bronx, to John and Ethel Kelly. She worked for many years as a switchboard operator for the College of New Rochelle and then for the New Rochelle Board of Education before her retirement.
