Reading Eagle Mario Pinto Neto recorded a hat trick as Reading United A.C. rolled to a 4-1 victory over the Westchester Flames in a Premier Development League game Wednesday night at City Park Stadium in New Rochelle, N.Y. Pinto Neto scored his first goal in the 12th minute.
