Kopycienski was born Dec. 29, 1947, in Allentown, Pa., to Harry and Ann Kopet. He had previously lived in New Milford and Emerson, N.J. Kopycienski is survived by his children, Michael and Allison; sister, Joyce Grimstad and their family; partner, Laura Tomorelli and her family.
