The fifth annual New Rochelle Jazz Festival begins Saturday at 1 p.m. and ends on Sunday at 9 p.m. Performers include the Alexander McCabe Quartet, the Brian Carter Quartet featuring Malo Mazurie, Gil Parris, the Ray Blue quartet, Tasty Mike Murphy Blues, the CJ Quintet, Eli Fountain, and the Richie Morales Quartet featuring Jay Azzolina.
