Thomas was born June 24, 1926, to Linwood Bryant and Mamie Pulley Bryant in Nash county Rocky Mount., N.C. Thomas is survived by daughter, Beverly Cunningham, Jackson, Miss.; son, Al Thomas, New Rochelle; four granddaughters; two great-grandchildren.
