The New Rochelle League of Women Voters will host a Coffee and Conversation with State Assemblyman Steve Otis on Friday, Nov. 22. Otis is set to be the featured guest at the league's monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the New Rochelle Public Library, according to a press release.
