New Rochelle: Coin-stuffed meters do not equal free parking, officials say

Ice and snow do not make for a winter wonderland of free parking. That's the word from New Rochelle City Hall, where officials say motorists should pay no mind to a report that the police are not enforcing the local parking meters.
