In this Friday, May 23, 2014 photo provided by the Westchester County Department of Health are three young raccoons that were left at the doorstep of the department's office in New Rochelle, N.Y. The health department is asking the person who left the animals to come forward and be tested for rabies, which the raccoons can carry.
