The City of New Rochelle has teamed up with North Star Destination Strategies to discover, define and design the City's "brand"--our unique marketplace advantages to attract businesses, residents and visitors in 2015 and beyond. After a series of public and visioning meetings in September, North Star has compiled a 25-question survey and invites all who live and work in the City to give input.
