A Friday morning crash on I-95 in New Rochelle stalled northbound traffic for more than two hours, reports The Journal News . Authorities closed two lanes but reopened them by about 11 a.m. However, traffic in the areas of exit 15 and 16 remained heavy throughout the morning.
