Jennifer Whelehan, a 12th grader at Walter Panas High School, was chosen by the Westchester County Youth Board as one of 10 students in Westchester to be honored at the 2014 Milly Kibrick Youth Service Awards Dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Davenport Club in New Rochelle. Whelehan was nominated for this honor by Carol Bumbolow, nurse at Walter Panas High School.
