A wheelchair-bound student, who was left in a New Rochelle school during a fire emergency in 2013, has sued the school district for a second time and is now seeking $26 million damages, according to The Journal News . The lawsuit was filed by Richard Feltenstein and his daughter Jennifer Feltenstein, who was left in a second-floor area of the high school in January 2013 while other students were evacuated.
