The Tenth Annual BID Family Fun Fall Festival will be held this Saturday, October 18th at 10 a.m in downtown New Rochelle. Families with children ages 8 - 12 years are invited to paint seasonal scenes for Halloween and Thanksgiving on the windows of downtown businesses, beginning at 10:00 am.
