Following an undefeated week, freshmen Kelly Ball of The College of New Rochelle tennis team was named Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Conference Rookie of the Week, it was announced by the conference office on Tuesday. Ball posted a 2-0 record this week in doubles, including her first collegiate win.
