New Rochelle Cares, a non-profit Aging in Place Organization to assist residents to remain in their homes and the New Rochelle community as they age, held a city-wide meeting at the New Rochelle Library, the evening of October 6, 2014. Mayor Noam Bramson greeted everyone in attendance, and a panel representing the diverse city of New Rochelle spoke about the New Rochelle Cares, and what it means to each of them.
